Our clients have different reasons for their current state. Some are fire victims, some have faced long term layoffs, and some have terrible budgeting skills. Of course some have larger issues. If a potential client has very serious issues, we deem that they do not qualify for our program. To qualify, it should be possible for the client to reach self sufficiency within 90 days. We are asking you to consider partnering with us to help these folks. Here are some of the things you might do: 1) waive the security deposit 2) allow a security deposit to be paid a little each month over time 3) a free month of rent 4) a reduced rental amount We are recognized by the IRS as a Public Charity. The value of your donation should be tax deductible so check with your accountant. We cannot guarantee that difficulties may arise with some of our clients.
